Song Junghyun, an alumna of Hanyang University’s Department of Clothing and Textiles, has seamlessly transitioned from fashion design to abstract painting, creating rich, textured works that capture the essence of everyday life. Her innovative approach combines fabric and paint, transforming her canvases into woven landscapes that evoke the complexity and interconnectedness of human experiences. Regularly showcasing her work in both solo and group exhibitions in cities like Seoul and Bundang, as well as at renowned venues such as the Hangaram Art Museum and the Seongnam Arts Center, she is also a familiar presence at local and international art fairs, including the Seoul Art Show and the Hong Kong Affordable Art Fair.
